Marinated Flank Steak

Charleston Garlic Vinaigrette & Marinade


2 lbs flank Steak, washed, patted dry and scored.
1 cup Neita’s Garlic V & M

Marinade flank steak for at least 2 hours in zip lock baggie turning occasionally. Broil in oven for 5 minutes either side. Slice across grain and serve.
Pair with salad, green steamed green beans, and white rice.
