Neita’s Green Bean Casserole
A la Charleston Garlic Vinaigrette & Marinad

 

2 lbs fresh slender green beans, trimmed
1/4 cup Neita’s Garlic V & M
Pinch of salt

Bring water to boil, salt slightly, add green beans for about six minutes or still slightly crunchy.
Strain them and place in a medium heated skillet that has had half of the V & M added. Sautee beans until thoroughly heated. Gradually add remaining V & M to taste. Serves 8-10

Optional variations:
Add half of white onion to the heated skillet and V & M and carmelize, then add green beans and sautee.
And/or
Add three strips of warm crumbled bacon after all ingredients have been thoroughly cooked as garnish.
