Jessica’s Sesame Salmon
A la Charleston Garlic Vinaigrette & Marinad

9 lbs Salmon Fillet
¼ cup V & M
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Optional spices: salt, dill, ginger powder

Preheat oven to high broil.
Rinse salmon both sides, put in broiler pan. Add Salmon.
Coat Salmon with Vinaigrette & Marinade. Generously cover Salmon with sesame seeds
Sprinkle on dill. Add ginger powder sparingly.
Place ion Broiler for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and duplicate the last three steps. Return to oven for 3-6 minutes until sesame seeds are deeply browned, almost black.
Pair with sautéed spinach, and Pinot Grigio.
