8-9 Doves
1/3 cup Neita’s Charleston Vinaigrettes & Marinade (any version)
Garlic salt to taste
Celery salt to taste
Curry powder to taste
Dry mustard to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
Bouillon
Place doves in a casserole and coat with olive oil. Season generously with salts and curry powder and sparingly with mustard and pepper. Add mushrooms, chicken bouillon broth with enough liquid to measure 1 inch. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
