Neita’s Chile Shrimp
A la Charleston Garlic Vinaigrette & Marinad

½ cup butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder; or 1 fresh garlic clove, chopped
1 teaspoon oregano
¾ cup Neita’s Red Pepper Vinaigrette & Marinade
2 8-ounce packages fresh shrimp

Combine butter, onion, bell pepper and celery in double boiler and cook over low heat until vegetables are soft. Add salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and oregano; simmer 5 minutes. Add shrimp and heat well. Serve over rice.
