Neita's Red Pepper Ahi
A la Charleston Garlic Vinaigrette & Marinad

2 medium pieces of Ahi tuna ground (use blender)
Juice of one lemon
½ cup of Neita’s Red Pepper Vinaigrette & Marinade
Salt optional

Mix ingredients well.  Marinade all ingredients in glass bowl for 2 hours.  Drain.  Form tuna mix into palm size patties about two inches thick and place on medium grill for five minutes each side.
