2 Tilapia fillets
¼ cup dressing
2 cloves chopped garlic
Splash of olive oil
Lemon
Salt (optional)
Salt both sides of Tilapia. Mainade both sides of tilapia in refrigerator for total of 2 hours (longer the better).
Coat skillet with olive oil,heat pan at medium heat. Add garlic, and cook till slightly transparent. Add tilapia and cook for about three minutes with cover on, turn sides and cook for another 3 minutes. When fish has white, flaky texture it is done.
Remove and serve with squeezed lemon on top, splash of Neita’s V & M, and lemon wedges on plate for garnish and added flavor if desired.
Pair with steamed greens and Sauvignon Blanc.
